Black Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1 clove Minced Garlic1 Chicken Breast, chopped in small pieces1 tsp Ground Cumin (or to taste)2 tsp Chili Powder (or to taste)1 tsp salt (or to taste)Cracked Black Pepper to tast1/2 tsp Unsweetended Cocoa1/4 cup Coca Cola Classic1 16 oz can Black Beans14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes2 cups Fresh Baby Spinich2 tsp flour mixed in 1/8 cup water
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat in saucepan. Saute minced garlic. Add chicken pieces and saute until cooked. Add all spices, uncluding Coca Cola, and stir into the chicken. Add diced tomatoes and black beans, including liquid. Mix. Raise temperature to Medium high, cook until boiling (stirring often). Once boiling, add spinich and flour/water mix. Mix well, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then serve hot.
