2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins1/4 cup honey1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup oyster/fish sauce2 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp + 1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced1 Tbsp ketchup1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp red pepper
Marinate tenderloins in a mixture of all ingredients for 8 hours or overnight. Grill over med-hot coals for 25-35 minutes. Internal temp should be 160*F. Slice into 1/4 inch medallions, arrange on platter and serve.
