Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, Thin Crust - No Yeast

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (Organic if possible)2 tsp Baking Powder (Non-Alum if possible)1/4 cup Olive Oil (Extra Virgin if possible)3/4 cup Water (Filtered if possible)1 tsp to taste of each: Rosemary, Oregano (or what ever herbs and spices you prefer) (non-irradiated herbs and spices if possible)1 tsp Sea Salt to taste (Non-Refined, Non-Iodized if possible)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combine all ingredients, knead by hand until it doesn't stick to the side of the bowl.
3. Grease pan with a touch of olive oil.
4. Press dough into desired shape.
5. Brush top of crust with a dab of olive oil.
6. Bake 5 - 10 minutes.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Add desired toppings.
9. Bake another 10 minutes or so, until slightly browned.
10. Cool slightly before cutting.
