Ingredients
Soy milk 4 cupsseitan 1 package of chicken style in watergreen beans fresh or frozen 2 cupsvegan sour cream 1/4 cupwhole wheat pasta 8 oz any shapeonions 1 mediumgarlic 3 clovesflour 2 tablespoonsall spices to tastesalt peppergarlic powderonion powdernutmeg
Directions
cook onion, garlic, and green beans in olive oil for 5 - 10 minutes. Place all ingredients except flour in crock pot and cook on high for 1.5 hours. Add flour at the end to thicken the sauce.
