Shopska Salad

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)*white vinager, 2 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Feta Cheese, 0.5 cup, crumbled (remove)
Directions
Cut up all veggies, de-seed all. Pour all ingredients into bowl with lid, can stir or shake. Good for 2-3 days.
