Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice1 ripe banana, perferably peeled and frozen ahead of time2 handfuls spinach1 tbsp chia seeds OR ground flax (nutritional stats calculated with chia seeds1 tbsp nut butter (nut. stats calc. with peanut butter)1-3 ice cubes
Directions
Add milk to the blender first. Then add in chia or flax and nut butter. Next, add the spinach followed by the banana on top. Blend until smooth. Add in ice cubes and blend. Serves 1. Makes about 2 cups of smoothie.
