Ingredients
10 oz Whole Wheat Angel Hair4 Tbsp Olive Oil12 Oz Frozen cooked shrimp (Medium-large size) 1 oz Pine nuts 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes4 oz White Wine (Chateau Morisette Sweet Mountain Laurel is my fave for this recipe)
Directions
I sautee the shrimp with olive oil, white wine, pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Prepare the pasta separately, then combine.
