Better chicken salad sandwich

Ingredients
1 (15 oz) canned chicken, drained2 stalks celery, finely chopped1 Roma tomato (or small slicer tomato), seeded and diced1 avocado, peeled and cubed1/3 cup low fat sour cream1 tsp parsley, dried2 tbsp scallion, finely chopped1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powderDash WorcestershireDash lemon juice8 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Drain chicken and flake with a fork in a large bowl. Toss remaining ingredients in and mix until consistent. Divide into four portions and serve each portion between two slices of bread.
