Panko Crusted Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1 package boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 c panko breadcrumbs1 egg, beaten4 T flourSalt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional calculations.
Directions
Preparation. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet.

Coat thighs in flour. Dip in egg. Dredge in Panko bread crumbs.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
