Ingredients
Lean pork chops1 10.75 oz Campbell s Cream of Mushroom Soup1- tsp of olive oil1- can of Swanson's beef Broth1-small chopped onion if desired
Directions
Lightly brown chops in 1 teaspoon of olive oil mix in onions (optional), beef broth and mushroom soup and simmer 30 to 45 minutes depending on thickness of pork chop

Serving Size: makes 6 t0 7 chops with 1/2 cup of gravy
