Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 can cooked chicken1 small onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced2 cups fat free half and half1 cups shredded 2% cheese2 cans cream style corn1 can of wK corn1 can chopped green chiles, undrained1/4 t salt1 tsp cumin1 tsp dried cilantro
Directions
sauté onion in pam until almost soft. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min. Stir in all other ingredients; cook over low heat, stirring often, for 15 min. Serve with fresh cilantro garnish if desired. Makes approx 8 1.5 cup servings
