Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .5 cup (remove) Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove)Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Directions
Blend chickpeas and lemon juice using a wand blender or food processor. Mix remaining ingredients with chickpea & lemon juice blend. Season to taste.
Shape into 4 patties and lightly pan fry in a skillet coated with non stick spray - approximately 5 - 8 min per side.
