Shrimp Pasta Florentine

Ingredients
8 oz Barilla Whole Grain Rotini2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 T Garlic, minced1 C Fresh Mushrooms, mixed variety, chopped1 C Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin8 oz 41-50 Shrimp, raw1 lb Fresh Spinach1 oz White WineSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In large skillet, heat oil.
Add garlic and cook until fragrent, about 2 minutes.
Add in pepper and cook about 2 minutes
Add in mushrooms and cook about 2 minutes
Add in shrimp and cook about 4 minutes
Add in spinach and cook until wilted and shrimp is pink
Add wine and cook an additional minute
Add in pasta, season with salt and pepper, toss well and serve.
