Panama Pork Stew

Ingredients
2.5lbs lean pork stew meat cut into 2i" pieces2 sm. sweet potatoes peeled1 cup sweet corn frozen1 cup green beans frozen1 cup chopped onions1 can(15oz) petite diced tomatoes (unsalted)1tbsp ground cumin(corriander)1tbsp course black pepper 2tbsp ground chili powder salt (optional)
Directions
I like this dish done in the slow cooker it cooks & simmers all day while I'm at work & its great anytime of the year. To use it in the slow cooker peel & cut sweet potatoes into 2" cubes add to slow cooker, mix in sweet corn, green beans & onion. Place lean pork stew meat on top of your veggies. Than in a sm. mixing bowl add tomatoes, cumin black pepper, chili powder mix together, pour over top of meat set slow cooker on low for 7 to 9 hours,,,makes 6-1 cup servings...enjoy...
