Crispy Oven Fried Chicken strips

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs1 cup skim milk1 egg3 c. Corn Flakes cereal, crushed1 tsp. onion powderdash ground pepper
Directions
Mix egg and skim milk; Crush Corn Flakes, mix with onion powder and pepper; Cut raw chicken thighs into strips, dip in milk and egg mixture, then roll in cereal crumb mixture. Arrange strips on baking stone or sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven for 16 - 20 minutes
