Ingredients
first take the skin off chicken thighs. salt with a sprinkle of seasalt. melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix in 3 tablespoons of texas pete hot sauce. pour butter mixture over chicken thighs. bake at 350 until done.
Directions
I used just under 2 pounds of chicken thighs to do this, giving about 4 nice thighs, 2 per person if your hungry, cut it down to 1 per person and you can cut the calculations for fat in half.
