Broccoli Seafood Chowder

2 Tbsp. olive oil1 onion, chopped3 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 c. dry white wine4 c. chicken broth, fat free2 c. broccoli florets, fresh or frozen3 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & diced1/2 tsp. thyme1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black or white pepper1 can white crab (not lump), drained1 lb. shrimp, detailed & cooked1/2 c. sour cream1/2 c. corn (canned or frozen)
Saute onion & garlic in olive oil. Add white, broth, seasoning, broccoli & potatoes. Bring to boil, cook until vegetables are soft, about 15 minutes.
Puree about 3/4 soup in a blender or with immersion blender.
Add: shrimp, crab, corn, sour cream & heat through while stirring, about 5 minutes.
