Low Carb Cheese 'Crackers'

Ingredients
2.5 ounces (about a third of a cup) of shredded colby jack cheese.5 ounces (about 3 tablespoons) of thinly sliced almonds
Directions
Leave the almond slices whole or crush them - however you prefer. Mix the cheese together with the sliced almonds, along with any seasoning you like or no seasoning. I like a little cayenne to give them a bit of a kick.

Put some parchment paper on a plate and make six little piles of the cheese mixture. Round them out and make them about the same thickness.

Microwave on high for 60 seconds or until bubbly. Cool for a few minutes until they harden, and eat.
