Robin T's Marvelous Meat Sauce For Pasta

1 lb. lean ground bison1 lb. lean ground turkey2 Tablespoons Olive Oil10 oz. mushrooms, sliced3 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz. each can)4-6 garlic cloves, minced1 large can (12 oz.) tomato paste1 cup water2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning1/8 teaspoon celery salt1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot (on medium high), brown the ground bison and the ground turkey. Drain off fat, if necessary. Add the minced garlic and all the other herbs & seasonings to the pot. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, water, and stir well. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Stir as needed.
Serve over your choice of pasta noodles
