Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice1 cup of diced carrots1 zucchini diced1 yellow squash diced1 medium onion dicedOlive oilSea or kosher saltPepper
Directions
Make 2 cups of rice, any kind and set aside.
Saute the carrots and onions for about 3 minutes then add the diced zuchinni and squash, saute until to your liking. Add sea or kosher salt and pepper to taste. Or any other seasoning if salt free. Stir in rice and serve.
