Queso Dip

Ingredients
American Cheese - 1 Cup Shredded (you can use low fat as well)Milk - 1% - 1 CupJalapeno Pepper - 1 diced, or to tasteCumin - 1 tsp or to tasteCayenne Pepper - 1 tsp or to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until cheese is melted thorougly.

Use as a dip for chips or veggies. My family also likes to use it for tacos.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Cup Dip
