Baked Fish Sticks

Ingredients
Cooking Spray1 c whole wheat breadcrumbs (2 slices ww bread)1 c Kashi whole grain flakes1 tsp lemon pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp salt1/2 c all purpose flour2 lg egg whites, beaten1 lb tilapia fillets, cut into 4 pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Spray baking sheet. Mix breadcrumbs, cereal flakes, lemon pepper, garlic, paprika & salt together and blend until finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish. Place flour in a shallow dish. Place egg in a shallow dish.. Dredge each strip of fish in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumb mix. Coat with cooking spray on both sides. Bake about 10 mins
