Multi-grain crackers

Ingredients
2 c ww flour1 c quick oats1 c pecan meal1 c shredded coconut1/2 c sesame seeds1/4 c ground flax seeds1/2 c brown sugar1/2 c canola oil1/2 + 1/3 c hot water1 rounded tsp salt
Directions
roll out 1/3 dough into a thin rectangle on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Score and lightly salt. Bake @ 340 for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely and then store in airtight container.

Serving Size: Each 1/3 of dough makes approximately 50 crackers
