Jenha's Chia Apple Pie Filling

2 tbsp Chia seeds1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced small1 (200 mL) 100% pure, unsweetneed apple juice tetra1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Place diced apples and apple juice in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cool at full-power for 2 mins.
3. Stir in cinnamon and chia seeds. Allow to sit for 5 mins. Stir mixture (so chia seeds don't clump together) and refridgerate until ready to use.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 1/2 cup each
