Chicken (Turkey) Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chopped turkey or chicken1 can cream of chicken soup4 oz. sour creamlarge can green chili pepperslarge onion - chopped1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese5 flour tortillas
Directions
Mix soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup cheese and chili peppers. Mix about half of the soup mixture in with the chicken/turkey. Fill tortillas and place in greased baking pan. Cover with remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
