Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 Cup Chickpeas1 tsp Olive Oil (or less)Sprinkle of Salt
Directions
Prepare dried chickpeas according to package.

Dry very well.

Spread evenly on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Put into 400 degree preheated oven. Shake every few minutes keeping an eye so they do not burn.

Once they have darkened a little, look dry, and feel crisp, remove from oven. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on and a sprinkle of salt. Fold aluminum foil into a pocket and shake to evenly coat the chick peas with the oil and salt.

Enjoy warm or allow to cool to room temperature.
