1 bunch of flat leaf parsleygreen onions or red onionhot house cucumber without seeds and or skinmint is optional usually its a few leaves.lemon juice of 1 lemonsaltextra virgin olive oil
Directions
chop everything very fine. parsley can be chopped in food processor. I prefer to do it by hand.
