Chicken & Bell Pepper StirFry

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup Onion2 tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Soy Sauce2 tsp Minced GarlicSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks and brown in pan with olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper. Once chicken is no longer pink add soy sauce and simmer for 10 min. Reduce heat and add bell pepper and onion. Cook for 10-15 min or until veggies are cooked.
