Crowd Size Pizza Hot-Dish

Ingredients
2 (16oz containers) Macaroni noodles3 Lbs Ground beef( extra lean)1 Onions (MED) (Chopped)2 (26oz Cans) Hunts Tomato Sauce1 1/2 tsp Salt1 TBSP BLK Pepper1 TBSP Ground Oregano2 tsp Garlic powder3/4 Cups Egg substitute1 1/2 Cup Nonfat Milk32oz Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Directions
1. Cook Pasta according to directions on container & set aside in a large bowl.
2. Brown ground beef & onions in a large skillet until beef is no longer pink & onions are transparent. Drain & set aside.
3. Mix milk & egg substitute in with pasta. Mix well.
4. Return beef mixture to skillet & add tomato sauce & spices. Mix well. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat & allow to simmer for 5-8 min.
5. Combine pasta & beef mixtures in one very large bowl. Mix well.
6. Pour half of contents into 2 greased 9x13 inch pans.
7. Spread 6oz of Cheddar Cheese on top of each pan & bake for 20 -25 min @ 350 degrees.
