Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (2lbs)Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 0.31 cupOats, 1 cupThyme, ground, .5 tspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 2 tspGarlic powder, 2 tbspDry Yellow Mustard Spice, 2 tspChipotle Pepper Spice, 2 tspGround Cumin, .5 tspOnions, raw, 1 smallCelery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with canola or olive oil.
Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls and place into the muffin pan. Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.
Bake for 40 mins.
