Boneless Thigh Fillets, 20 oz (about 5)Powdered Garlic, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Ground), 1/2 tsp Paprika, 1/4 tsp Light Mayonnaise, 1/4 cupMilk, 1%, 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Herb, 3/4 cup
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a medium bowl mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise and milk.
2. Coat the chicken pieces in the mayonnaise mixture. Then coat chicken pieces in bread crumb mixture.
3. Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
