Vegetarian Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Olive Oil 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese 2 cup Publix Bran Flakes 4 serving French Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 packet = 4 servings)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, dip mix, walnuts, cereal, and onion.

Spoon into large muffin pan (6 muffins)

Bake for 40-50 minutes for large muffins (~20 for smaller muffins, or 60-70 minutes if in loaf pan).

Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
