Walnut Grape Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6-8 oz diced cooked chicken breast1/2 c red seedless grapes, halved1/2 c. finely chopped celery1 oz walnuts, chopped1/4 c. nonfat sour cream2 tbsp. light mayo1/2 tsp celery salt1 tbsp. dried parsleyFresh black pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine the sour cream, mayo, celery salt, parsley, and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring to evenly combine.

Gently fold in the diced chicken with a rubber spatula.

Add the celery, grapes, and last the walnuts. Stir again.



Serve, or refrigerate.

    Delicious! I like the contrast of flavors as well as the contrast of textures. Delightful dish. A bit salty for my taste so I may use celery seed in place of the celery salt or go in a different direction and use a little curry powder. Good base recipe to experiment with. :-D - 7/4/16
