Roma Tomato/Artichoke Hearts WW Pasta

5 Roma tomatoes cut lengthwise1/4 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tsp Italian Seasonings1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper1 can Artichoke hearts (cut up)4 oz (uncooked) WW Pasta
Line pan with foil. Spray the foil, put the tomatoes in cut side up. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Bake at 375 for 35 min. Add artichoke hearts and bake another 10 minutes.
Cook pasta per instructions, keeping some of the pasta water.
After tomatoes and artichokes are done, pour into bowl and cut into chunks. Add enough of the pasta water to keep moist (if needed). Add drained pasta and toss.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, about 1.75 cups each.
