Homemade Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients
Onion, Olive Oil, Turnip, Red Bell Pepper, Shallot, Carrot, Chicken Stock, Crushed Tomatoes, Garbanzo Beans, Spinach, Salt, Pepper
Directions
Saute onion and shallot in olive oil, add stock, carrots, peppers, turnips, rushed tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft. Add spinach and garbanzo beans, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve.
