Ingredients
1 large can of White Albacore Tuna in Water, 10 oz drained. 1 oz Celery chopped1 oz Onion chopped5 tbsp mayo1 lemon squeezeda dash of yellow mustardapprox 5 servings at 2 oz per serving162 calories for just the tuna mixture per serving
Directions
Mix all together and serve on wheat bread or flat bread
