Chickpea and Walnut Salad with Lemon

Ingredients
3 1/3 Cups (2 16 oz cans) Rinsed Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans3 Large Carrots1 C Walnuts, toasted1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Cloves Garlic6 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 tsp white pepper
Directions
Chop up the walnuts, carrots and chickpeas in the food processor and put in large bowl.

In separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients.

Chill.

Serving Size: Makes (11) 1/2 Cup Sevings
