Mushroom Pork Chops over Rice

Ingredients
4 5oz. pieces of Sirloin Pork chops w/o bone2 cups Campbells 98% FF Cream of Mushroom soup1 cup skim milk4 slices Village Hearth Light 12 grain bread ( made into bread crumbs)1/4 cup Egg beaters egg whites1 tbsp Garlic powder1 tbsp Onion powder
Directions
Mix bread crumbs with Garlic and Onion Powder. Dip chops in egg beaters coat with bread crumbs. Bake 20 mins. at 450. While baking mix soup, milk and mushrooms. Take out chops, and pour soup mixture over and bake at 450 for another 30 mins. Serve over Rice.
