Ingredients
15 L. Pasta Shells1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese15 - 16 oz. Park Skim Ricotta1 egg1 tsp. garlic powderSpaghetti/tomato sauce
Directions
Cook the pasta shells per directions. Combine mozzarella and ricotta cheese - add egg and garlic powder. Add chopped fresh parsley if desired. Stuff each shell with about 1 T. of cheese mixture. Place in baking pan and spoon on about 1/2 c. of spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
