1 cup vegetable oil 3 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 can pumpkin 15oz 2/3 cup water mix 3 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon mix 3/4 crushed walnuts mix put into baking pans that are greased and floured at 350for 50 min. test with toothpick if not done another 10 min. 4x8 or 3x8 pansmakes 3 loaves.
