Pork Loin Chops in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
Pork Loin chops (I prefer boneless)Light Sour creamSkim milkOne package Onion soup mixFresh or canned sliced mushrooms.
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan on about medium heat. Brown the pork chops on each side. In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients. Pour over browned pork chops. Let simmer on low for one hour or more. The longer they simmer the more tender the meat will become.
