Thai beef salad

Ingredients
600g rump steak100g baby spinach leaves1 red capsicum, seeded and finely sliced1.5 cups beansprouts4 spring onions, finely sliced1/2 cup coriander leaves2 tbsp chopped mint leavesDressing2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp Tamari1 clove garlic1 long red chili, seeded and chopped
Directions
Heat a grill plate or BBQ to hot. Cook the steak(s) to your liking.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Slice meat across the grain into strips. Place beef and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad, mix gently and serve immediately.
