1.25 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin1 large onion, peeled and sliced into wedges1 large red bell pepperKroger Fajita seasoning mix1 tbs canola oil1/4 c. water
Saute peppers and onions in non-stick spray until tender. Remove from skillet. Add canola oil and chicken, cook through and drain. Stir together water and seasoning mix in skillet, add chicken and vegetable mix and bring to a boil. Continue to heat until hot.
