Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips ) Garlic, 3 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp Cumin, ground, 1 tsp Dry Black Beans, 8 oz
Directions
sort, rinse and soak black beans 2 hours to overnight
drain & rinse
combine all veggies in food processor and chop fine
combine all ingredient is heavy bottom pot
cover with water (4-5 cups)
bring to boil, turn down heat to low, cover and cook til beans are tender, add additional water if necessary

season to taste
