Baked Chicken Thighs and Legs

Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk8 peices chicken legs/thighs, skin removed2 cups flour1 eggsaltpepperpaprikaMcKormick montreal seasoninggarlic powder
Directions
preheat oven 425 degrees.
Combine chicken pieces and buttermilk. Marinate 1 hr. or more. Before ready to bake, beat 1 egg in bowl and mix in with chicken. Meanwhile, combine flour and seasonings. Pull chicken out of marinade and cover in flour. Shake off excess. Place on baking sheet and bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. You may even broil it for 5 minutes to get a crispy top (optional).
