Ingredients
2.5 lbs. potatoes4 oz. neufchatel cream cheese (1/3 less fat)1/2 c. Nonfat Milk1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. seasoned salt1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cut potatoes into large dice (about 20-24 per ½ lb potato). Cover with water in a pot, add salt, then bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until fork tender.

Mash potatoes with masher. Add remaining ingredients. Mash/mix until thoroughly mixed.

Serving Size: 1 serving is 130 grams (4.5 ounces)
