Ingredients
3 lbs beef spare rib meat6 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp sesame seeds2 cloves garlic (or minced garlic)2 tsp Splenda1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper2 medium onions
Directions
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Splenda, salt, black pepper. Place beef and onions in the bag; seal, and shake to coat the vegetables and beef with the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours. Can marinate overnight.

Cook meat and marinade in skillet till done. Serve over cauliflower "rice".
