Ingredients
24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasonings1/2 Tsp Lite Salt1/4 Tsp Black Pepper1/2 Tsp Morton Nature Seasons1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Pound each chicken breast until 1/4-1/2" thick by putting it between plastic wrap and using a mallet or heavy object. Mix all the seasonings together in a small dish and sprinkle evenly over all the pieces of chicken until covered. Let sit with seasonings for 15 minutes. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Place chicken in oil and cook on both sides until completely cooked. Serve and enjoy!
