Garlic, 2 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspCanned Artichoke Hearts in WaterRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato Spinach, canned, 1 can drainedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)*Knorr Pesto 1 packetFeta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbledShrimp, about half a pound
Directions
Brown garlic
add onion and olive oil, cook until soft
add spinach, tomatoes, artichokes, shrimp, pesto
top with Feta
