Tenderstem Broccoli, 400 gramGreen Beans, 400 grams Mangetout, 200 gramsTahini, 50 mlOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Water, tap, 40 mL
Blanch all the vegetables in boiling water, so they are intensely green, but still crunchy. Drain the water.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Add the dressing to the green vegetables and serve with dakkah.
